When you hire me, you will be working directly with me from our first conversation through closing and beyond.  I am NOT part of a real estate “team” where you never know with whom you are working.  I will personally see that your transaction goes as smoothly as possible and guide you through any challenges along the way. 

 

In addition to helping you find the right home, I can also connect you with some fantastic lenders.  While interest rates are no longer at the record lows of the past decade, there are financing options available to get you into a home with a manageable monthly payment. Mortgage programs may also be available to you that require a low or $0 down payment.
